Parenting 40 children

(transfered from Stephanie Bys's Facebook)
I feel like I should have an awesome story to share or something inspirational to say, but I'm just tired y'all πŸ˜‚. Parenting 40 children is exhausting, but such a blessingπŸ’œ. Our week was pretty good even though Jeff had malaria, a bacterial infection and now cellulitis in his leg. He has been to the Dr twice in the last 5 days, he is a good patient, but so hard to actually get him to go to the Dr. Please pray for him.

The kids are out of school for April so now they are getting bored and kind of rowdy. We have a serious lack of toys here and not much access to them, actually Aspen and Reed have asked to go back to America so they can play with toys πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. You can only dig in the dirt and take turns riding in the wheelbarrow for so long. With it being rainy season it rains daily so the kids are stuck in the house at least part of the day. Also just in case you are wondering we are severely behind on laundry because it takes FOREVER to dry when it gets rained on sometimes multiple times. And to think we use to complain about doing laundry in the states 😐 (gosh we were spoiled).

Thank you for your prayers and support and I hope you have a blessed week!

(Pic of a double rainbow from earlier this week. I just love it when the rainbow goes over our home!)
